Master Interiors, in partnership with LS Renovations, proudly delivered the full renovation and architectural extension of a three - bedroom garden apartment in a Victorian end-of-terrace home - transforming it into a vibrant and character-rich residence for a young family.

The project was led in collaboration with interior designer Helene Bowden Design, who brought a bold, design-led vision to life - merging historical elegance with contemporary flair.

This project was developed in collaboration with Ula Witkowska from STUDIO AI, Architecture & Interiors. The design features a complete renovation of three bedrooms and the living room. As many new-build homes lack proper insulation in floors and walls, the main objective was to significantly reduce noise transfer between rooms and floors.

All existing plasterboard from the walls and ceilings was removed to allow for the installation of high-performance acoustic insulation. The new walls and ceilings were constructed using the GenieClips system, providing full soundproofing throughout the space.
