Complete renovation of a ground floor cloakroom in Great Denham, Bedford. The project began with a full strip-out of the existing space, followed by installation of new plumbing throughout, including relocating the radiator to a more practical position within the room.

A new suspended ceiling was installed to accommodate modern recessed lighting and a new extractor fan, improving both lighting quality and ventilation. The walls were finished with carefully installed wall tiles, complemented by distinctive pink trim details that create a refined decorative finish.

We also designed and built a bespoke vanity unit with integrated cabinetry, handcrafted and spray painted by our team to perfectly fit the space. The renovation was completed with new flooring and sanitary installation, resulting in a stylish and well-balanced cloakroom combining practical functionality with a unique contemporary design.
