Over the past two years, Master Interiors and LS Renovations have proudly undertaken the comprehensive renovation and rebuild of the iconic creative space at 160 Dalston Lane, East London. We were responsible for bringing back to life a location that once served as a vital hub for musicians and artists.

The work was carried out with the utmost care, much of it done by hand, collaborating closely with local partners and creatives. We approached the project quietly, patiently, and purposefully, driven by a strong belief in community and creativity.

Our scope of work included a full building refurbishment alongside the construction of a modern extension, significantly expanding the usable space of the recording studios. Working closely with the design team, we refined every detail—from complex structural works and installations to interior finishes. To achieve optimal acoustic conditions, we implemented the highest quality wall soundproofing systems, ensuring professional-grade sound isolation and a comfortable working environment.

We paid particular attention to the acoustic quality and functionality of the studio rooms, creating a space that meets the highest standards of professional musicians while maintaining a warm and inspiring atmosphere for creative work.
