Master Interiors, in partnership with LS Renovations, proudly delivered the full renovation and architectural extension of a three - bedroom garden apartment in a Victorian end-of-terrace home - transforming it into a vibrant and character-rich residence for a young family.

The project was led in collaboration with interior designer Helene Bowden Design, who brought a bold, design-led vision to life - merging historical elegance with contemporary flair.

This extensive transformation included a complete back-to-brick refurbishment alongside a bespoke new-build side return extension, designed to enhance natural light, space, and functionality while preserving the period charm of the original structure.

Working alongside Helene Bowden Design, Master Interiors and LS Renovations executed every stage of the build - from complex structural alterations to the fine detailing of interior finishes - with precision, craftsmanship, and a shared commitment to excellence.

The extension, with its striking high-pitched roofline and expansive skylights, called for custom glazing solutions. Fabco Sanctuary was brought in to deliver bespoke steel-framed windows and doors, creating architectural interest and a refined industrial character.

Inside, original Victorian features were sensitively reintroduced - including decorative cornices, tall skirtings, salvaged doors, cast-iron radiators, and heritage-inspired lighting. These details were layered with expressive colour palettes, patterned finishes, and thoughtfully curated furnishings - featuring one-of-a-kind vintage finds and timeless pieces from Soho Home. The final touch came from the clients’ growing art collection, adding personality and cultural depth to every room.

This project stands as a showcase of Master Interiors and LS Renovations’ ability to collaborate seamlessly with leading designers to create distinctive, high-quality homes where heritage and modernity coexist in perfect harmony.
